Hello Friends,
Well I've finally put away my Halloween decorations and moved right into Thanksgiving and Christmas preparations. The holidays always seem so far until, well, it's the night before and you're scrambling around the supermarket at midnight looking for cranberry sauce or scotch tape. Does this happen to you too, or is it just me?
Well this year I'm trying to narrow my focus to two big projects: handmade Christmas cards of course - mailed prior to January 2016, now that's the challenge, AND making new journals, cards and ornaments for... the EtsyNY Team: HANDMADE HOLIDAY CAVALCADE happening at Chelsea Market in New York City this December 5th & 6th!!!!!

I'm so excited to be part of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, tell me, what are your plans for the upcoming holidays? Is this the year you'll make all your gifts or start a new tradition on your block? I'd love to hear.

New Shop Items for Halloween
Hope you're enjoying a good weekend! I just added a few new items to my shop (no small feat with my sweet little newborn).

Safari Chic Cards
Ready for the weekend everyone?
I just finished a beautiful custom order for a client - they wanted to use these larger 5.5" x 4.25" animal print cards for their daughter's birthday invitations. I love animal print and would love to see how they carry the theme throughout the birthday decor.
I made a large giraffe print pouch with jute cord to package the cards, I love how well it coordinates with the theme. I'm so excited to use my sewing machine again! I love simple projects that make me feel like I actually know how to use a sewing machine. :)
Have a great weekend!
