Finally a warmish day here in NYC and a very cool market tonight.

It'll be Ridgewood Market's first every Night Bazaar, celebrating their 2 year anniversary.

I've made a ton of new cards and paintings and I hope some New York locals will check it out too.

Out To See Market at South Street Seaport New York

Hello Friends!

Recognize the lovely NY landmark featured in the photo above?  It's the South Street Seaport!
I've always loved visiting the seaport, it's beautiful anytime of year and this November is especially wonderful to visit and shop the special Out-to-See market.

This Saturday November 8th, I will be one of a very awesome crew of handmade artists at the Seaport.  I'm so excited!!!!

The Nightmare Before Christmas

One of my favorite movies of all times by the magical & wonderful Tim Burton.

Remember as a kid when Halloween and Christmas were two distinct holidays and now....all the big box stores have the two side by side.  Candy corn and candy reindeer poop.  It used to kind of bug me but....now I'm guilty of having both holidays coexist.

Surrounded by Halloween decorations and after a good pumpkin picking session I set down to sketch out a mini painting of where I'm super excited to be selling this December, the Chelsea Market as part of the wonderful Etsy NY Team.

I couldn't be more excited!  So while I'm planning outings to pumpkin patches and filling goody bags for Trick-or-Treaters I'm humming Christmas tunes as well.
